PRICING
All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Prices are inclusive of GST. 

PAYMENT
Payment for orders are to be made through Paypal service online – they accept all major credit cards. All credit cards transactions are securely processed by Paypal. This is the most secure way to pay online.

GIFT WRAPPING
Free gift wrapping is available on all full price items; please leave a message in Paypal when you pay, indicating which items require gift wrapping.

AVAILABILITY

If you see a product that has the “Out of stock” or "Coming Soon" banner, please feel free to email us at sales@hopeandglory.co.nz and we will let you know as soon as its available 

SHIPPING (currently only available within New Zealand) 

Shipping is priced per item and will show up when you proceed to the check out

We endeavour to get your order to you with 2-3 days, however some remote and rural areas may take a little longer. If you do not receive your order within a reasonable time please contact us and we will track your parcel.

Generally orders are sent via tracked postage, although breakables will be couriered and will need to be signed for, therefore cannot be sent to P.O Boxes; please take that into account when choosing your delivery address.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you have changed your mind or would like to exchange your purchase, this is not a problem on any full price item; please note: sale items are non-returnable. Please email sales@hopeandglory.co.nz and request a RA (Return Authorisation) number. We accept exchanges for store credit or replacement, but not refunds. All shipping costs are non-refundable and return costs are the customer's responsibility.

If your order has arrived faulty or damaged please email sales@hopeandglory.co.nz explaining the situation and request an RA number.

We might need your order sent back to us for assessment, if this is the case, we will arrange a courier pick up from a place and time that is convenient for you. If we have a replacement available we will send one out at no charge. In the event that we cannot supply a replacement, we will offer you credit or a refund.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY
We take your privacy and security seriously. Your personal information will only be used to aid in getting your order to you. We do not share your information with any third parties.
